All of our beers are brewed with 100% NYS grown hops, 100% NYS base malt, and often exceeding 70% other malts. We hope to share the tastes of our region by producing a wide range of styles of high quality, drinkable beers that will satisfy customers and compliment the items on your menu or coolers.
